Walter Musona scored in Polokwane City’s 3-2 defeat to Free State Stars on Tuesday.
By Mufaro Machenjera

The former FC Platinum forward scored his first of the season in the 58th minute when he sent home a decent header to reduce the deficit to 3-1. Polokwane City’s hopes were enlightened when they scored the second one with ten minutes remaining but it was already too late to make mends.

Meanwhile, teammate and fellow country man George Chigova had a torrid time between the posts. He made a goalkeeping mistake in the 16th minute which gifted the visitors with the first goal of the match. However this the third straight defeat for Polokwane and they are currently 13th on table.
